We have a small flock of Poll Dorset and Dorset Horn ewes which run with a Dorset Horn Ram to produce lambs with a quality meat carcase for the butcher.    Our Dorset's tend to lamb between October and December allowing Lamb to be ready for the Easter Markets.

A whole or half lamb is available to order or individual cuts can be supplied from the fridge / freezer. Hogget and Mutton can also be purchased from time to time.  Please phone Fiona for details.
